Cost Summary

  • Local GMT Council Approved Community Organizations: Six times per year, no charge.

  • Local GMT Council Approved Community Organizations - $30.00 for a period of three hours or less in addition to the above six times per year, $15.00 for each hour after.

  • Funeral Receptions and Lunches - No charge

  • Hourly Rental - $40.00 per hour.

  • Daily Rental (Prior to 5:00 PM) - $150.00 per day

  • Daily Rate (including after 5:00 PM) - $300.00 per day

  • Weekend Rate (Friday at noon until Sunday at 6:00PM) - $500.00 per weekend

  • Lion Bar Opening - $40.00 per Rental period or day if on weekends.

Deposits

  1. A reservation deposit of 50% of the anticipated rental cost will be paid at the time of reservation. This is non refundable. The remaining 50% will be paid 30 days prior to the date of the event.

  2. A cleaning deposit of $100.00 will be paid prior to the event.

  3. A damage deposit of $100.00 will be paid prior to the event.

  4. The cleaning deposit and damage deposit will be returned once it is agreed that the facilities have been returned to their original condition which includes: all garbage (including washrooms) and recycling are bagged and placed inside the outdoor bin; all tables and chairs are returned to their original positions; the refrigerators are cleared of all food; the stoves are returned to their original condition; all dishes and utensils are cleaned and returned to their proper locations; and, all floors are broom cleaned where necessary.

  5. Renters shall complete the Calabogie Community Hall agreement. It must be signed and all requirements shall be met as far as insurance depending on the event. The CCH rental agreement will be emailed to prospective renters. Please email request to CalabogieCommunityhall@gmail.com.
